<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic light-emitting display device capable of overcoming the defects of the shortened service life of an organic light-emitting diode due to the reduction of the current, and to provide its driving method. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic light-emitting display device includes a pixel drive circuit which is connected to a scan line, a data line and one or a plurality of light-emitting devices and provides the light-emitting devices with the current determined, based on the data signal of the data line when the circuit is turned on based on the scan signal of the scan line and a voltage-clamping circuit which is connected between the pixel drive circuit and the light-emitting devices and applies a voltage to a connection node between the pixel drive circuit and the light-emitting devices, when the light-emitting devices are provided with the current. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
