<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raised marker capable of maintaining good appearance and visibility over a long period of time by preventing the formation of scratches on the raised marker installed on or around a road. <P>SOLUTION: The raised marker 10 installed on or around the road is formed with a hard coating layer on the outer surface of a light emission surface 13.
