<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide production scheduling technologies to reduce both stocks and delivery periods. <P>SOLUTION: A production schedule in each production process for manufacturing processes, which can manufacture the same types of products that are repeatedly manufactured through a plurality of pass processes, is created. In creation of the production schedule, a through process model, which includes production processes from materials in each pass process to a product, their orders and processing times, and pass ratios between a plurality of pass processes, is calculated. For a plurality of products that are instructed to be manufactured, a predicted processing time for each production process is calculated using a manufacturing start period and the processing time for each production process in the pass process model for every product, and a predicted manufacturing completion time calculated based on the predicted processing time is compared with a customer delivery date. If the predicted manufacturing completion time is delay, a preferential manufacturing start period that the amounts of manufacturing through the pass process are to be manufactured prior to the manufacturing start period is determined. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
