PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle phone set which realizes safe, operable, and speedy calling even while driving a vehicle. SOLUTION: A phone can be operated by blind touch by arranging an input section 10A having the input function of a telephone number and an input section 10B having the indication function of a call, an incoming signal response, and call disconnection on the back of a grip in a handle 15. Meanwhile, an indicator 9 for forming a telephone number inputted from the input section 10A is arranged on a dashboard 12 in front of a driver's seat so that a driver can see the dashboard without moving the line of sight and focus of a driver or by slightly changing them. And a hands-free call is enabled in the calling and incoming call response by a microphone 7 installed at the upper section in front of the driver's seat, a speaker 8, and a radio accommodated into a phone set body 16.
