PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manage data for grasping transaction information which cannot be managed only by journal data, by a storage device having a limited capacity. SOLUTION: Image data VD photographed by cameras 1 and 2 is accumulated in a storage device 5 of a photo journal recorder 20. Journal data JD (transaction history data), operation history data PD, and operation history data MD are outputted from a POS terminal 10, and also recorded in the storage device 5 of the photo journal recorder 20. These data VD, JD, PD and MD can be associated based on the date and time information contained in each piece of data. In the event that the free space of the storage device 5 becomes not sufficient, a recording/deletion part 24 refers to the content of the operation history data PD or the operation history data MD, and a level of importance setting table, deletes the image data VD of which level of importance is low, and overwrites it with new data for storage.
