PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container structure, etc., which prevent a substance from coming into direct contact with outside air when flowing into a container body to be stored, when kept stored in the container body, or when discharged from the container body after stored, and which is capable of easily discharging the substance. SOLUTION: An inner bag 1 is mounted in the inner space 6 of the container body 2, and a substance 12 is stored in the inner bag 1. The inner bag 1 has an inner layer 3 for lining, which is in close contact with the internal wall of the container body 2, and an inner layer 4 for a piston, which has a tubular section 5. When high-pressure air is caused to flow into a pressurized space 16 from a pressurizing port 15, pressure in the pressurized space 16 becomes higher than pressure in a storage space 17. As a result, a pressing part 21 of the internal layer 4 for the piston presses the stored substance 12, and the stored substance 12 is discharged from a discharge opening 11 through a siphon tube 14. As the discharging operation proceeds, the internal layer 4 for the piston expands towards the depth of the internal space 6.
