PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outside air introducing structure of a car body front part capable of installing an outside air intake port of an outside air introduction duct over a radiator by furnishing an air guide additionally with the outside air passing function. SOLUTION: An air guide 13 to guide the flow of the outside air toward a heat-exchanger 6 is provided in the upstream of an outside air flowing region M formed over the heat-exchanger 6 and is furnished in the upper part with a slope 13b inclining upward to the back, where the slope 13b a slit 16 is formed to admit passage of the outside air, which allows part of the outside air having run against the air guide 13 to flow backward through the slit 16, and therefore, it is possible to take in the outside air sufficiently to the duct 12 even if the outside air intake port 12a is located over the radiator 6.
