PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make small the body of an intra-cabin air-conditioning unit part and enhance the easiness in the installing work, and compatibly with the above, secure the operating performance of its heat-exchanger. SOLUTION: The device has a case divided into an upper case 12, middle case 13, and lower case 14, and a cooling heat-exchanger 32 is arranged ranging over the cases 12, 13, 14 in such a way as penetrating the middle case 13, and is fixed being pinched by them 12, 13, 14.
