PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a tube with a bottom in which quality is not adversely affected even when oxidized scale is removed by brushing after closing work. SOLUTION: Closing work is applied to the end part of the reduced part 11 of a stepped tube 12 after manufacturing this stepped tube 12 having the reduced part 11 by drawing the end part of a tubular body. In the closing work, the end part of the reduced part 11 is heated with a high-frequency heating coil 22 while the stepped tube 12 is rotated by a chuck device 20, after that, a female die tool 21 is advanced in an eccentric position to the stepped tube 12 while the tool is rotated and a seamless bottom plate part 13 is formed by performing the mouth reduction and the mouth sealing of the end part of the reduced part 11 in an inert gas blown out of a gas passage 26. The inside of the reduced part 11 is brushed to remove the oxidized scale after taking out the tube 14 with the bottom from the chuck device 20, and the inside of the main part except for the reduced part 11 is prevented from being scratched.
