PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent stray current corrosion phenomena in a joined portion of metallic plates with self piercing rivets. SOLUTION: An adhesive layer 21 and an adhesive filling layer 22 are continuously provided around the rivet joined portion 20 of both bottom wall surfaces 12, 13, joined with a rivet 10, among an upper plate embossed portion 4 formed on an upper plate 2 and a lower plate embossed portion 3 formed on a lower plate 1.
