SPREADING APPARATUS OF FINE POWDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spreading apparatus of fine powder that is capable of spreading fine powder such as a spacer for liquid crystal on a large material to be spread without generating a falling object onto the material to be spread. SOLUTION: The spreading apparatus of the fine powder is characterized by being arranged apart from the material to be spread at a predetermined distance and being provided with a spreading nozzle to discharge the fine powder from the end together with a gas flow of a gaseous matter to the material to be spread and a supporting part of the material to be spread, and further provided with a supplying part of a gas for forming adhesion preventing flow to prevent the adhesion of the fine powder to the periphery of the spreading nozzle. The spreading nozzle may be covered by a dust proof cover. Also the spreading nozzle may be constituted so that the spreading position of the fine powder to the material to be spread can be altered.
