<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fruit and vegetable processed product improving the value of fruit and vegetable causing an inner hollow, so as to be effectively utilized. <P>SOLUTION: The fruit and vegetable processed product 50 is obtained through the following process: an insertion process of inserting a tube-like injecting member 20 into a fruit and vegetable 10 (e.g. a strawberry); and an injecting process of passing seasoning-containing fluid 30 (e.g. condensed milk) through the inside of the injecting member 20 to inject the fluid into the inner hollow 13. Specifically, the injecting member 20 is provided with a plurality of injection holes 23 at its tip part, and the fluid 30 is injected into the inner hollow 13 from the inner part of the injecting member 20 via at least part of the plurality of injection holes 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
