<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a notebook-size personal computer case that always houses a computer in which a notebook-size personal computer body and peripherals such as a mouse and AC adaptor are always set, and in which the computer can be stored, managed, carried, and used, and which simplifies preparation and clearance of the computer as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: In the notebook-size personal computer case that always houses the computer, a notebook-size personal computer body, a mouse, an AC adaptor, and connected various communication cables are always set, and also peripherals used by each user are housed and managed. A base on which a mouse can be used is at least provided. The user opens the case and can use the mouse as it is. The user does not need the space to use the mouse and the trouble to attach and remove the mouse.
