PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to classify and merge Web page information collected from two or more Websites based on user individual's interest, and display the merged information via the layout of a user's favorite page.

SOLUTION: A Web page acquiring means 12 acquires the Web page corresponding to a URL of a portal page inputted from a user terminal 2; a Web page analysis means 13 analyzes the web page, and detects the content to be replaced; an interest word/interest tree creation means 17 extracts the interest word and creates the interest tree; a replacement information selection means 18 selects the information which replaces the contents of the Web page to be replaced based on the interest word, the interest tree and a Web page table 150; a merged information creation means 19 carries out replacement of the content to be replaced by the selected replacement information and creates the merged information; and a merged information transmission means 20 transmits the merged information to the user terminal 2.
