<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage to components due to an overload even when great torque exceeding a set value is input to produce the overload. <P>SOLUTION: This clutch unit comprises an input outer ring 11 and an output inner ring 12 arranged on a stationary side member 16 in a positively/reversely rotatable manner and an engageable/disengageable roller 13 mounted between the input outer ring 11 and the output side rotary member 12. It changes over the roller 13 to be engaged/disengaged. The output inner ring 12 is divided into two members in the radial direction. An elastic member 22 deformable in the radial direction is mounted on a hollow member 12a as one of the two members, and a groove 23 with/from which the elastic member 22 is engageable/disengageable is formed on the opposite face of an axial member 12b as the other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
