TRANSFUSION PREPARATION, TRANSFUSION BAG AND METHOD FOR SUPPRESSING PROLIFERATION OF MICROORGANISM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfusion preparation containing a fat emulsion and effective for suppressing the proliferation of microorganisms even in the case of accidental external contamination in use.

SOLUTION: The transfusion preparation contains a fat emulsion and provided with an acid to be mixed to the emulsion in use to acidify the emulsion. Concretely, the transfusion bag has the 1st chamber 1 to hold the fat emulsion and a sugar, the 2nd chamber 2 to hold an amino acid and an electrolyte and a small chamber 3 holding an acid. These chambers are separated by openable partition walls 4, 5, and the partition walls 4, 5 are opened in use to mix the fat emulsion with the acid to acidify the emulsion and suppress the proliferation of microorganism introduced by an accidental external contamination.
