<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize enhancement of utilization efficiency of a UV-curable coating, reduction of a cost and reduction of treatment of a waste by recovering the UV-curable coating not deposited on an object to be coated as a coating in the recyclable state. <P>SOLUTION: The mist-like UV-curable coating not deposited on the object to be coated by spray coating at an atmosphere where external light including UV does not enter is deposited on a surface of an eliminator 402, is scraped off and is recovered as the coating in the recyclable non-cured state. A recovery device 400 is provided with the eliminator 402 and a scraper 404. The eliminator 402 is a circular disc formed with a large number of ventilation holes 406. A plurality of eliminators are arranged with a gap with each other in parallel and are pivotally supported. The eliminator is provided with a rotation driving machine 403.
