PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control information to be disclosed to the opposite party, according to desire of disclosure of each user himself or herself or with respect to the opposite party which changes depending on the psychology and conditions of the user. SOLUTION: Each of continuously connected type communication devices which are arranged at least two different spots respectively, and are applied to a system capable of performing communication using video images and sounds between the at least two different spots via a network, is provided with an information processor (1), an imaging device (2) which is connected to the information processor and photographs the periphery of the information processor, a monitor (3) for displaying images photographed by the imaging device, and a sound input device (4) which is connected to the information processor to input sounds. During time other than communication execution time using the video images and sounds, the devices transmits pieces of information on conditions at the at least two spots to each other.
