PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle communication antenna which does not easily impair a communication function even when a stone or a foreign object, etc. collide. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle communication antenna is attached to a vehicle 5 and performs communication by electromagnetic waves. The on-vehicle communication antenna is provided with an antenna main body 3 which stores an antenna element 2 in an antenna case 1 and an antenna cover 4 which protects the antenna main body 3 and can pass the electromagnetic waves.
