PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a confidential card-preparing sheet capable of manufacturing that at a low cost even manufacture in a small lot. SOLUTION: The confidential card-preparing sheet comprises an information displaying sheet 10 on which a self color developable pressure sensitive color developing layer 11 is formed; a transparent pressure sensitive adhesive layer 20 piled up on an information displaying sheet 10; a polyethylene-made transparent film 30 made of polyethylene piled on the pressure sensitive adhesive layer 20; a concealing sheet 40 in a peelable manner and in a bonding again impossible manner piled on the transparent film 30; and an information printing sheet 50 piled on an opposite side to the information displaying sheet 10 in the concealing sheet 40.
