PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently arrange an out-patient department, a medical care section, a sick ward, and respective departments of personnels or distribution and provide a hospital building improving the function of the respective departments and prolonging their lives. SOLUTION: Personnels/distribution department 1 for usage of the distribution center and the medical care department 2 for usage of the institute are arranged in the center. The medical care department 2 for usage of the institute is arranged in one end side of the personnels/the distribution 1 and the out-patient department for usage of office is arranged. The sick ward department 4 is arranged in the opposite side of the personnel/distribution department 1. These respective departments are made connective functionally and arranged in planar way. In respective departments of the personnel/distribution department 1, the medical care department 2, the out-patient department 3, and the personnel/distribution department 4, respectively independent approaches 5 are provided from the view point of security and amenity.
