PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-propelled recycling machine which is equipped with a conveying amount measuring means for recycling raw materials and regenerated materials, and can prevent the overlooking of the abnormality of the conveying amount measuring means. SOLUTION: The self-propelled recycling machine for recycling the recycling raw materials is formed of a regenerating device for regenerating the recycling raw materials into the regenerated materials, and the conveying amount measuring means 31 for measuring the conveying amount of the recycling raw materials conveyed to the regenerating device and the conveying amount of the regenerated materials conveyed from the regenerating device. The recycling machine is comprised of a conveyed material detecting means 32 and an abnormality determining means 33. The conveyed material detecting means 32 functions to detect whether or not the conveyed materials are actually conveyed. The abnormality determining means 33 determines that the conveying amount measuring means is abnormal when the conveyed material detecting means 32 detects that the conveyed materials have been actually conveyed and at the same time a detection value of the conveying amount measuring means 31 does not reach a reference value, and also when the conveyed material detecting means 32 does not detect the conveyance of the conveyed materials and at the same time a detection value of the conveyed amount measuring means 31 has reached the reference value.
