PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently deliver work by one carrying truck equipped with a work changing mechanism without requiring unnecessary space on the carrying truck. SOLUTION: The carrying truck 4 wherein a plurality of machining portions 2 successively carrying out predetermined machining to work 1 is arranged, and automatically traveling to each machining portion 2; a work placing main body 5 provided on the carrying truck 4; and a work changing mechanism 6 provided to the work placing main body so as to freely appear and disappear, and replacing work 1A before machining and work 1B after machining at each machining portion 2 are provided. The work changing mechanism 6 is composed of a work holding replacing arm 15 for holding the work 1A before machining and the work 1B after machining at a first end side portion 15a and a second end side portion 15b, and an arm lifting movement rotating mechanism portion 16 lifting and rotating the work holding replacing arm 15.
