PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an end working machine and an end working device capable of manufacturing a round tube to effectively prevent fall from a high position at low cost. SOLUTION: An end working machine 11 of a round tube 1A forms a square pipe part of square section on one end of the round tube 1A. A hollow supporting cylinder 21 having an opening part on a tip thereof is provided, a wedge member 22 having an inclined pressing surface 32 to be contracted toward the tip side is provided on a substantially center part of the supporting cylinder 21. A plurality of expansion claws 23 to be expandable and reducible in the radial direction of the supporting cylinder 21 are provided in the supporting cylinder 21, and a square forming unit 34 which is inserted in one end of the round tube 1A to form a square part of the square tube part is provided. An inclined pressure-receiving face 33 abutted on the inclined pressing face 32 of the wedge member 22 is provided on the center part side of each of the plurality of expansion claws 23. The wedge member 22 is driven to the tip side, and a driving means 24 to expand the plurality of expansion claws 23 outwardly in the radial direction is provided on the supporting cylinder 21 to constitute the end working machine 11.
