<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide thin-processed rice cake hard to get out of shape, usable in pizza or sandwich. <P>SOLUTION: This thin-processed rice cake is such one that rice cake made from about 70 wt.% glutinous rice and about 30 wt.% nonglutinous rice is processed into a pizza crust form about 5-7 mm thick. The thin-processed rice cake is hard to get out of shape, being easy to eat by holding it by a hand even with or without hard scorches, furthermore, being also applicable to sandwich if using it with any desired area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
