<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound quality control circuit which prevents that the maximum level of a digital sound signal excesses a digital full-scale and sound is distorted even when bass and treble are boosted by digital signal processing. <P>SOLUTION: The sound quality control circuit is equipped with a digital signal processing part 10 comprising a first level control means for controlling a level of the sound signal expressed by a digital signal to be inputted, a filter means for extracting at least one frequency band component contained in the sound signal, a second level control means for controlling a level of at least one frequency band component and an adding means for adding an output signal of the first level control means and an outpout signal of the second level control means, a D/A converter 20 which converts a digital signal outputted from the adding means into an analog signal and an analog level control part 30 which controls the level of the analog signal outputted from the D/A converter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
