<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell for small portable electrical apparatus protecting a fuel container, preventing leakage of fuel from the fuel container, and efficiently using the fuel in the fuel container. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell for the small portable electrical apparatus has a cell part 2, the fuel container 4, and a connecting part 3 connecting the fuel container 4 and the cell part 2, and the fuel container 4 is housed in a fuel container housing part 5 connecting to the cell part 2.
