METHOD AND DEVICE FOR INTER-HETERO LANGUAGE INTERACTION PROCESSING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inter-language dialog processing method and its device that realize dialog that is free to an interacting person by enabling the dialog person to transmit the matter the interacting person wishes to transmit to an opposite interacting person, in the order that the interacting person desires.

SOLUTION: A terminal section constituting the inter-hetero language interaction processor has an output sentence storage section capable of storing a plurality of output sentences and a dialog state storage section capable of storing a plurality of dialog states and is configured to output one of the plurality of output sentences stored in the output storage section (step 501) and also select an operation described in a dialog scenario (steps 505 to 510), when one of combinations of keywords extracted from the utterance of the dialog person and dialog state stored in the dialog state storage part meets conditions described in the dialog scenario (steps 502 to 504).
