PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional mounter that has high mounting efficiency and improves cooling efficiency by having an excessive wiring length. SOLUTION: The tree-dimensional mounter is structured such that multiple mounting substrates 3 are vertically disposed on a base wiring board 2 having refrigerant passage apertures 1, wherein the mounting substrates 3 divide refrigerant passages 4 that are in parallel provided around the refrigerant passage apertures 1 and connected to them communication-wise, and heater elements 5 on the mounting substrates 3 are arranged on inner walls of the refrigerant passages 4.
