PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transferring condition setting device for setting automatically a transferring condition to improve user's operatinality and to provide its method and its program. SOLUTION: An information processing system 100 is equipped with a copying device 110 for transmitting a FAX document, an MFP 200 for transferring the FAX document received from the copying device 110, and an PC 120 for receiving the FAX document transferred from the MFP 200. In the copying device 110 and the MFP 200, stored is a document transferring condition DB in which a plurality of the document transferring conditions has been registered. When the transferring condition of the document that is an entry target exists in a plurality of the document transferring conditions in the document transferring condition DB imported from the copying device 110, the MFP 200 registers this document transferring condition in the document transferring condition DB of the MFP 200.
