PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the productivity of a panel substrate where pattern electrodes of a dot display part and a fixed pattern display part are formed, and to reduce production risks. SOLUTION: Pattern electrodes 12 and 13 formed on a substrate 11 of a panel substrate 10 comprise a pattern electrode 12 of the dot display part L1, which displays information by selectively turning on and off a plurality of dot display units and a pattern electrode 13 of the fixed pattern display part L2, which displays information by turning on and off several previously fixed display patterns, with the pattern electrode 13 being equipped with a solid electrode made large enough to include the display patterns.
