PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator of which a driving area is enlarged, and a switch using the same. SOLUTION: Driving electrode parts 4, 5 provided on a driving arm 3 of an inboard beam comprising an actuator are divided into both terminal side areas 6 and a middle area 7 of the driving arm 3, so that the driving electrode parts can be independently controlled, respectively to improve driving efficiency and a driving area of the actuator can be enlarged as a result.
