PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video recording information processing apparatus and a video recording information processing method capable of deleting an unwanted video image at an end of video recording data by a simple operation. SOLUTION: A video recording time acquisition processing section 21 obtains information on a video recording time of video recording data stored in a video recording information storage section 41. A deleted part extraction processing section 22 extracts a video image of a deletion candidate from the video recording data as output information on the basis of the obtained information on the video recording time and deletion time information stored in advance by a deletion time storage section 42. A deletion part output apparatus 31 outputs the video image of the deletion candidate on the basis of the output information and presents the video image to a user. When a deletion admission entry section 51 enters an execution instruction of the deletion processing, an end deletion processing section 61 deletes the unwanted video image of the end from the video recording data on the basis of the deletion time information. Then a deletion result storage processing section 62 stores the video recording data after the deletion processing of the unwanted video image to the video recording information storage section 41.
