PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize successful broadcast wave reception in a broadcast receiving portable terminal. SOLUTION: The portable broadcast receiving terminal 2 is constituted in a foldable type. Namely, it has a foldable form provided with a lid part 2b movably provided on a main body 2a and is provided with an LCD panel 202 in the inside of the lid part 2b. In addition, a movable antenna part 21 in an antenna 20 is slidably provided outside a periphery of the lid part 2b and a fixed antenna part 22 in the antenna 20 is provided in the inside along the periphery of the lid part 2b. The movable antenna part 21 electrically comes in contact with the fixed antenna part 22 to form a loop-like antenna in both of a non-alienated state and an alienated state of the movable antenna 21 to a cabinet.
