摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic composite damper having a high degree of freedom of design, by realizing the function of generating spring force and damping force in a noncontact state. SOLUTION: The magnetic composite damper 10 generates magnetic attraction force corresponding to relative displacement and the damping force based on an eddy current loss corresponding to a relative speed in a noncontact state by relatively displacing a magnet 30 and an iron ring 26. That is, the magnet 30 and the iron ring 26 constitute both a magnetic spring and a magnetic damper. This magnetic spring is combined with a coil spring 22, to generate a dead zone for reducing a spring constant more than the other displacement area in a desired with in a desired position by the setting of a neutral position between the magnet 30 and the iron ring 26 and the length of the magnet 30 and the iron ring 26.
