摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine control device capable of preventing response delay of throttle opening in relation to intake air quantity while avoiding deterioration of drivability and capable of precisely limiting vehicle speed within an allowable maximum vehicle speed. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a target opening operation means operating a target opening of an electronic throttle from accelerator opening and an electronic throttle control means driving the electronic throttle to make throttle opening coincide with the target opening. The target opening operation means includes correction coefficient operation means S108, S112 operating a correction coefficient K for correcting the target opening. The correction coefficient operation means establishes operation gains G1, G2, G3 of correction coefficient K different for zone of different characteristics with corresponding to characteristics of throttle opening and intake air quantity.
