PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid cleansing agent composition having good solidifying property, scarcely causing collapse, uniformly containing a cleansing ingredient, having a good foaming property and having a good handling property in production. SOLUTION: The solid cleansing agent composition comprises (a) 45-80 wt.% polyethylene glycol having 1,500-10,000 average molecular weight, (b) 10-45 wt.% powdered material of surfactant selected from a group consisting of an acylmethyltaurine salt, an acylisethionic acid salt and an acylglutamic acid salt and (c) 1-10 wt.% 1-3C monohydric alcohol and the content of the component (b) is 1-30 times higher than the content of the component (c).
