PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of making lubricating fluid and cutting fluid a common oil, capable of using the lubricating fluid mixed into the cutting fluid as cutting fluid by dispersing/emulsifying into the cutting fluid in machining tool, preventing rotting of the cutting fluid, and using a common oil made from an oil agent having generally the same ingredients for the lubricating fluid and the cutting fluid. SOLUTION: The lubricating fluid 11 including common oil used for a sliding portion of a machining tool, is dispersed/emulsified into the cutting fluid 10 wherein the common oil is dispersed/emulsified into water by a physical means without using a surfactant or emulsifier, by a physical means. Therefore, it is enabled to use the common oil made from oil agent having generally same ingredients for the lubricating fluid 11 and the cutting fluid 10 in the machining tool.
