PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working method capable of performing specular cutting of a microscopically curved surface in high precision and in high efficiency. SOLUTION: An end mill tool is constituted of a round bar type shank member 14 and a chip 11 installed on a head end of the round bar type shank member and having a circular arc cutting blade, a corn shape part to be tapered off toward a head end of the end mill tool is formed on the shank member, a part of the corn shape part is made of a removable member 13 and the chip is adhered on the removable member.
