PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an annular concentric stranded bead wire which is rapid in the coiling operation, excellent in the coiling property, free from any disturbance of arrayed condition of a side wire 2, and excellent in forming property. SOLUTION: The coiling movement in which a reel 21 with a side wire 2 coiled therearound is passed through a ring from the outer side of an annular core 1 and returned to the original position is repeated while the annular core 1 is rotated in the circumferential direction, and the side wire 2 to be drawn from the reel 21 is coiled up spirally around the annular core 1 to form one or a plurality of stranded wire layers. By repeating the cycle of the parallel movement, the orthogonal movement, the parallel movement and the orthogonal movement of the reel 21 with respect to the annular core surface, the motion that the reel 21 is separated from the annular core surface is minimized, and the coiling angle of the side wire 2 with respect to the annular core 1 is kept not exceeding 29°.
