PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scum crusher which can easily and efficiently crush scum at a liquid level in a tank storing sludge and sewage. SOLUTION: In an axial flow pump 26 for circulating the sludge and sewage stored in a digestion tank 10, a spouting pipe line 34 which can introduce at least a part of the sludge and sewage pressurized by the axial flow pump 26 above the liquid level 42 of the digestion tank 10 to spout them toward the liquid level 42 in the digestion tank 10 is formed.
