PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medal delivery device that prevents medals from jamming and unerringly delivers game medals thrown in in a lump. SOLUTION: This medal delivery device has a medal storage section (44) to store game medals thrown in from a throwing-in section (48) and a medal return section (45) where game medals returned by a return means (52) can stay below the throwing-in section (48) and above a transfer means (53). The device has a movement regulating valve (43) arranged with a sufficient clearance for game medals overlapping one on the other between the lower end of the medal return section (45) and the top face of the transfer means (53) between the medal storage section (44) and the medal return section (45), installed rotatably in the direction of the medal storage section (44) around a supporting point provided at the upper end section and prevented from rotating in the direction of the medal return section (45) in a state of suspended toward the top face of the transfer means (53).
