PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dishwasher which significantly improves the cleaning performance, can clean cooking stains which conventionally could not be cleaned before and exhibits significant cleaning performance against sticky stains such as lipstick. SOLUTION: The dishwasher is so structured as to supply cleaning water used in a cleaning process to a cleaning tub 2 storing dishes 9 by a water supply valve 3, heats the cleaning water by a heater 10, and attach a detergent mist of particulates to cleaned objects by a mist generating means 15. The dishwasher significantly improves the cleaning performance by controlling a blower by a sensed temperature of a temperature sensing means 23 in a pretreatment process in which the detergent mist of particulates is attached to the dishes 9.
