A lip part is composed of only two tube-shaped axial lips (421, 422) extending in parallel in an axial direction of a seal (4) by different lengths. (A radial lip is not provided.) A neck part (22) of a cross shaft (2) is provided with a neck inclined plane part (221) having a circular conical surface inclined at 45 degrees to the shaft, and two axial lips (421, 422) are pressed to the neck inclined plane part from the axial direction.
