The invention relates to a body filling implant consisting of: an autramatic needle (1); and at least two suture threads, namely a larger gauge absorbable thread (4) comprising at least one synthetic filament and a significantly smaller gauge gold-based thread (5) which is wound helically around the larger gauge thread. According to the invention, the two threads are fixed to the needle by means of a plastic protective sheath (6). The invention is suitable for use in cosmetic surgery in order to increase resistance to cutaneous relaxation in the facial region.
