<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the biting of a skin seal part at the time of mold clamping of a foaming mold and to hold a proper seal state at the time of foaming of a foamable raw material. <P>SOLUTION: A deformation suppressing part 30, which regulates the deformation of the skin seal part 26 to the surface or back side of the skin seal part 26 within an allowable range, is formed to the back 26B of the skin seal part 26. When the foaming mold 70 is clamped, the deformation of the skin seal part 26 is regulated within the allowable range by the deformation suppressing part 30 to prevent the interference of the skin seal part 26 with a base material 12. The deformation suppressing part 30 is constituted of ribs 32 formed at every appropriate interval in the longitudinal direction of the skin seal part 26. A deformable part 34 is provided at the appropriate position of each of the ribs 32 and, when foaming pressure of the foamable raw material is applied to the skin seal part 26, the ribs 32 are deformed to properly closely bond the skin seal part 26 to a base material seal part 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
