ELECTRODE FORMING METHOD, ELECTRODE, AND SOLAR CELL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming an electrode which eliminates the need for a screen mask and has a high aspect ratio, and also to provide the electrode formed by the forming method, and also a solar cell having the electrode.

SOLUTION: An apparatus used for forming a light reception surface electrode comprises: a table 1 which is moved along X- and Y-axes and has a silicon substrate 2 mounted thereon and fixed thereto; a nozzle 3 fixed by an angle variable part 7 above the table 1; and a cylinder 10 having a paste 5 made of a conductive electrode material sealed therein. And with use of an assembly constituted of: a piston 6 movable while tightly contacted with the inner surface of the cylinder 10; a pressure resistive tube 8 connected to the nozzle 3 and the cylinder 10; and a pressure mechanism 9 for applying a pressure to the piston 6 to cause the piston to be moved, a linear pattern is drawn so that the line width of the pattern is smaller than the inner diameter of the outlet port of the nozzle 3.
