<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact portable type air quality reforming device, in which humidifying and dehumidifying can be performed using a single device. <P>SOLUTION: This portable type air quality reforming device is provided with a humidity absorbing member (unillustrated) to absorb moisture in air, a dehumidifying side blower 10 to send air through the humidity absorbing member, a heating means 5 to eliminate water from the humidity absorbing member, a humidifying side blower 11 to carry humidifying air including water after it is eliminated, and a fluid element 12 through which dehumidified air after water is absorbed by the humidity absorbing member and humidifying air after water is eliminated are sent.
