<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clauses output processor for individually and automatically outputting a clause book where clauses related to each contract are collected. <P>SOLUTION: When the contract is concluded and clause identification data expressing the clauses related to the contract is inputted, an automatic incidental clauses extracting part 122 extracts the clause identification data of an automatic incidental clauses, which are automatically made to be incidental to the clauses, with referring to automatic incidental correspondence relation which is recorded in a storage means. Then an output indication part 114 determines the output order classification of the inputted and extracted clause identification data with referring to output order classification correspondence relation which is stored in the storage means.
