PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charger for a mobile phone wherein a charging current can be generated by directly bending an electromotive force body with a piezoelectric ceramic loaded thereto and which is connected to a charging socket of the mobile phone so as to simply charge up the mobile phone as required. SOLUTION: The charger includes: the electromotive force body 7 elastically deformable; the piezoelectric ceramic 8 fixed to a deformed part of the electromotive force body 7; a rectifier circuit 9; and a feeding plug 5 separably connected to the charging socket 14 of the mobile phone 1. The charger 2 and the mobile phone 1 are coupled via a freely removable connection fixture 3, and the charger 2 is mounted on a strap of the mobile phone 1. When the charger is in use, a pair of the electromotive force bodies 7, 7 are manually deformably operated to generate the charging current in a state that the feeding plug 5 is connected to the charging socket 14.
